Shipping Policy
How we process, dispatch and deliver your order across Australia, including timeframes, freight, and click & collect.
3.1 Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on Sydney metro orders over $750.00 AUD
Available on eligible orders delivered within the Sydney metropolitan area. Some orders may incur a shipping charge calculated at checkout based on destination and order specifics.
3.2 Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed on Business Days are typically processed and dispatched within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of payment confirmation. If an unexpected delay occurs, for example due to stock availability or supplier lead times, we will contact you with a revised dispatch estimate. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
3.3 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are measured from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery may vary due to courier capacity, weather, public holidays or remote location factors. These estimates are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery window. CivilSafe is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.
3.4 Back-Ordered and Special-Order Items
Certain Goods may need to be sourced from our suppliers. Where this applies, we will hold your Order until all items are available for dispatch, unless you request partial shipment. The typical lead time for back-ordered items is up to seven (7) Business Days. If a longer delay is expected, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the affected item(s) for a full refund.
3.5 Bulky, Oversized and Freight Deliveries
Orders containing large, heavy or oversized items, including those requiring pallet, crane or tailgate delivery, may attract additional freight charges. Any additional charges will be calculated and communicated to you for approval before your order is dispatched. We will not dispatch oversized items until freight charges have been confirmed and accepted.
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address has adequate vehicular access and that suitable equipment and personnel are available for unloading. CivilSafe and its freight partners are not responsible for unloading at the delivery site unless a specific unloading service has been arranged and paid for in advance.
Construction and infrastructure sites: if your delivery address is an active work site, please ensure site access requirements (inductions, PPE, delivery windows) are communicated to us at the time of ordering. Delays caused by site access restrictions are not the responsibility of CivilSafe.
3.6 Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. All Orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address. Any person at the delivery address who accepts the Goods is deemed authorised to do so on your behalf.
Deliveries to remote or restricted-access areas may be subject to minimum order requirements, additional surcharges or extended lead times. Our team will advise you if your address is affected.
3.7 Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available from our warehouse at Unit 1/72 Canterbury Rd, Bankstown NSW 2200, subject to stock availability. There is no additional charge for this service. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your Order is ready.
Only the individual named on the Order may collect the Goods, and valid photographic identification must be presented. Orders not collected within ten (10) days of the collection notification will be treated as cancelled and a refund issued, less any applicable restocking fee.
